Estate Agents

Estate agents are NPCs who sell land to players to build player owned house, as well as decorate and/or relocate them.

To purchase the house you need to spend 1000 gold pieces. The location assigned to begin with is Rimmington.

If you want to change it you need to talk to Estate agent. The re-location requirements are shown in the table below.
