The yellow egg is dropped by the penance queen periodically and randomly as long as she is alive. The egg is typically dropped either underneath the queen or very nearby.

Wave The Penance Queen is faced on wave 10 of the minigame; see. It requires undergoing transformations that eventually morph it into its final form, the omega egg, which can then be used on the queen to damage her.
To create an omega egg from a yellow egg, each of the roles must modify the egg. The full process is decribed on the Queen's page. Below is documentation of the graphical changes that the egg undergoes during its transformation.
