Getting Started

Talk to King Roald at Varrock Palace to begin the quest.

Tending the First Beacon

Go east from Varrock and speak with Blaze Sharpeye in Silvarea near the beacon just south of the Paterdomus Temple. It is recommended to collect the 20 Logs (must all be of same type) on the way.

Place 20 Logs in the beacon next to Blaze Sharpeye and light it with a Tinderbox. Then talk to Blaze Sharpeye again.

Tending the Second Beacon

Go west from Blaze Sharpeye to the second beacon near the Odd Old Man and speak with Squire Fyre. It is recommended to collect the 20 Logs (must all be of same type) on the way from the trees southwest of Squire Fyre. Place 20 Logs in the beacon next to Squire Fyre and light it with a Tinderbox.

Tending the First Beacon (Again)

Head back to Blaze Sharpeye and speak with him. It is recommended to collect the 5 Logs (must all be of same type) from the trees just east of Blaze Sharpeye. Add 5 Logs (must all be the same type) to the beacon next to Blaze Sharpeye. Then talk to Blaze Sharpeye again.

Finishing Up

Head back to Varrock Palace and speak with King Roald to complete the quest.

Intro:

King Roald of Varrock has built a beacon fire warning system. Help him test it out and gain rewards to aid you in your Firemaking skills. This mini-game is dangerous because it requires traveling through high level of the wilderness. Additional requirements are needed to light all 14 beacons.
