  Turael is the lowest level Slayer master. He has no combat or Slayer level requirements to receive a task from him.
  
  Turael can also change your Slayer task from another Slayer master to be less difficult. He only does this once per assignment, and only if the first assignment was not something he would assign (see tasks).
