+Once you have managed to track down and "spy" on some penguins (or even just one) make your way to the Penguin enclosure at the Ardougne Zoo (the white area highlighted in purple on the map below). Once there, enter through the gate south of the enclosure and Right-click on Larry (found within).  Larry offers 2 options:
+  *Talk-to
+  *Tuxedo-time (not currently implemented)
+Talking to Larry you have the following options:
+  * Can I have a spy notebook?
+  * Can I have a hint?
+  * I'd like to turn in my points.
+Choosing the first option gives you a "Spy notebook" which you can read to see how many points you currently have available to turn in.
+Asking for a hint prompts Larry to provide one of the hints listed in the first column below which describes the location of a current penguin somewhere.
+Choosing to turn in your points results in Larry giving you the option to exchange them for either Coins or Experience.
+It is strongly recommended that you choose Experience (See above for calculation used). You can only choose 1 skill every time you turn in points (in other words you can't spread the XP between multiple skills for a single turn-in session).
