If you don't want to wait (or bother), you can get it from Miscellania (fairy ring CIP), or from a cider barrel in your player-owned house. On Miscellania, the bar you can purchase cider from is located underground (see the dungeon symbol in the south area of the castle courtyard). **Note:** When handing in the cider, be careful to give the cider to 5 separate men/women.
