**Estate agents** are NPCs who sell land to players to build player owned house, as well as decorate and/or relocate them. 

To purchase the house you need to spend **1000 gold pieces**. The location assigned to begin with is Rimmington.

If you want to change it you need to talk to Estate agent. The re-location requirements are shown in the table below.
